Registration & Agreements
- The participant can only register validly via the registration platform. The participant must provide correct and complete information and read and electronically confirm the general terms and conditions.
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- A participant or driver must have reached the age of 18 and above to be able to register for this event.
- No age requirement applies to passengers and children.
- The Organiser (Element X Strategies Sdn Bhd) is entitled to reject the registration. Element X Strategies will make the rejection known to the participant within 10 working days.
- Element X Strategies has the right, without being obliged to pay any compensation, to cancel or change these additional activities in case of force majeure, bad weather conditions or lack of sufficient availability.
Cancellation and Replacement Policy
- Once registered, the participation fee would be payable regardless of actual attendance due to the venue booking & catering commitment. CANCELLATION or WITHDRAWAL is not permitted. We welcome replacement. Replacement can be made with a given three (3) days notice, before the event commencement.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform participants of change.
General Information
- The event is not a race or a competition or a timed-event.
- You must not compete in any manner with other participants. You must not place any bets of any kind in relation to the event. You must drive safely in accordance with all road laws in each country and with proper courtesy to all other participants and members of the public. In particular, you must not drive recklessly. If you are seen driving recklessly or otherwise not in compliance with all applicable laws by the organiser, its employees, nominees or other participants you will be removed and prohibited from taking any further part in the event.
- Element X Strategies organises each event to the best of its knowledge and ability, and in accordance with the requirements of good professional practice. Element X Strategies’s commitment is therefore a best-efforts commitment.
- Element X Strategies reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of the event in case of unforeseen circumstances. This also applies to the booked hotels, if these hotels are not or insufficiently available due to circumstances beyond the control of Element X Strategies. In that case Element X Strategies will offer a comparable alternative.
